I am now employed full time with the US Attorney's Office in Memphis, TN. I am still available for consulting work with certain limitations.
I can't work on ANY Federal criminal cases. I can't work on ANY cases filed in the Western District of Tennessee. I can't work on ANY cases where the United States or any Federal employee is a party to the case. That's pretty much it.

Document Imaging -- Scanning of litigation related documents and photographs. Digital Bates numbering. Scanning is available in most formats: Tiff, PDF, JPG, etc. Hard copy blowback with or without Bates numbers for co-counsel and opposing counsel.
Video Digitization & Synchronization -- Videotaped depositions digitized to CD-ROM and synchronized to the Court Reporter's ASCII file. In-trial playback "closed captioned." Pre-trial searchability.
Database Management -- Make your documents searchable with Access, Summation & SanctionII database formats. Document OCR also available.
